Bode Road Mall Façade Restoration

After a 60' length of the existing façade collapsed, we were brought in to evaluate the situation and provide a repair. We engaged an architect and structural engineer to assist us. After further evaluation, it was determined that an additional 200 LF of the façade was not correctly constructed and required replacement. Our architect produced designed drawings, which we took through permitting and developed a plan to keep the stores open during the reconstruction, creating a safe, long-lasting solution for the owner's property.
